Annual Transparency Report

As committed in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy, EEVSEC will publish an annual transparency report covering how we handle personal data and security incidents. This page reserves the home for that report.

Reporting period: FY 2026–27 (1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027) First report due: after 31 March 2027

Status

No report has been published yet. EEVSEC is in pre-launch, and our first full financial year as a Data Fiduciary completes on 31 March 2027. We will publish the first annual transparency report here after that date.

What the report will cover

Each annual report will include, at a minimum:

  • Total number of registered users / waitlist subscribers at period end.
  • Data-subject requests received, broken down by jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, DPDPA, UAE PDPL, CCPA) and by type (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, consent withdrawal), and how many were fulfilled.
  • Personal-data breach notifications issued to regulators and to individuals during the period.
  • Our list of third-party processors (sub-processors) as of 31 March.
  • Any cybersecurity incidents reported to CERT-In during the period (count and high-level nature).
